Business Review Nominates Rand Construction

Rand Construction’s recent completion of the Genoa Medical Center was nominated by Ann Arbor Business Review for Construction Project of the Year.  For the Genoa Medical Center, Rand Construction partnered with developers to build the $12 million facility near Brighton, MI.  The 87,000 square foot building has 15 medical practices, including family medicine, orthopedics and pediatrics.  It’s the single largest medical office site in Livingston County, and was built in response to the area’s rapid growth and demand for additional medical services.
